Awesome prices and they delivered right on schedule. Really excellent service!

This is a fantastic product collection, but what really stands out is the awesome service. I placed my order and then noticed I had overlooked the deadline for next day delivery. I gave them a ring and they were amazing. The package showed up the very next day, and I even received some complimentary beans with my roaster :)

I just got this espresso machine from newcoffeeitalia.com.au. After some helpful advice from Matteo, I made my choice and I’m really pleased. The buying process online was a breeze, and even though it shipped from Italy, it arrived in Australia in only 4 days. The packaging was top-notch, and the machine functioned flawlessly right from the start. Excellent service, quick delivery, and now I’m enjoying some amazing coffee! :-)

I placed an order for the Quick Mill 02835, but it wasn't available at that moment. When they informed me about the expected delivery time (this was during the peak of COVID chaos), I thought about canceling my order. However, New Caffe Italia was proactive and offered me a different machine that was available, but I really had my heart set on the Quick Mill... which, by the way, is an AMAZING machine :) Instead of getting upset with New Caffe Italia for the stock issue, I decided to collaborate with them as they reached out to the manufacturer in Milan, Italy. In just two weeks, my new machine arrived, shipped straight from Quick Mill.

Quick shipping and nicely wrapped. The machine performs excellently, and the coffee will improve as we hone our barista skills.

This is my second buy from this brand; one for our tasting room and another for our home workspace. I highly suggest it to anyone who loves great coffee and top-notch quality.

Our espresso maker showed up broken. This wasn’t newcoffeeitalia’s fault; it was the delivery folks who messed up. However, newcoffeeitalia jumped right on it and sent us a replacement, which, thank goodness, came in perfect condition. I gotta say, I was really impressed with how they handled everything.

I had a fantastic experience, giving it a solid 5 stars, but I've come across quite a few folks who got hit with import duties on pricier buys, even though the company seems to be Australian. It appears that the business is registered and functioning in Australia, yet the products are sent from Italy. I'm a bit uncertain about how the warranty would play out. Here’s hoping I won’t have to find out...

I had a fantastic experience with NewCoffeeItalia. The shipping from Italy was super quick, just 4 days thanks to their Prime Delivery option for $20.00. It was a breeze to change my order from grounds to beans since they provided an Australian contact number. Just a heads up, there’s an extra freight charge of $24.00, bringing the total shipping cost to $44.00, which is pretty fair. Also, keep in mind that your credit card might hit you with an international fee on the overall amount. Ours ended up being 3.0%.

I got myself an ice cream maker from Coffee Italia. It showed up quickly, right on schedule. There was a minor issue with one part being a bit banged up during shipping, but I reached out to them through email, and they provided all the details I needed to get a replacement part. I’d totally recommend this company to anyone thinking about making a purchase. Top-notch service and great products!

After 12 years of faithful service, our Gaggia finally bit the dust, having served up countless amazing cups. Just to note, it was our second Gaggia, and we even thought about switching brands for a hot minute.

This is a total rip-off, so watch out *****. The site appears to be Australian and has a Sydney contact number, but the machine actually shipped from Italy, and I ended up paying GST along with extra customs charges. I reached out to them, and they claimed they aren't liable, even though their website suggests the machines are based in Australia. It was a terrible experience, so everyone, be cautious. I'm planning to file a complaint with Fair Trading.
